Remember this is a business bulk account. You will want to AVOID using the unit number or the word residential until it is determined that they need to send a technician. If a technician is needed then add the unit number on the work order.
For issues with your computer, visit or contact the IT HelpDesk. If you are experiencing problems with the wireless connection, email firstname.lastname@example.org. Include GVSU email address, locations (s), date and time(s), and a detailed description of the problem. GVSU Tech Support will respond via email.
