Reserved for: Upper-level undergraduate and graduate students.  To be elgible you must be legally married couples with or without dependents or single parents with dependents.

Features: Located in Grand Valley Apartments on the  Allendale campus.  Unfurnished two bedroom apartments. Apartments include stove,  refrigerator, high speed internet access, cable, local phone service, and all utilities.  Air conditioning is not provided.

No meal plan required.  Optional meal plans may be purchased.
