Complete a Master Promissory Note

1. Go to the Master Promissory Note homepage.

2. Read the section called “What You Need” which will be on the left hand side of the 
    screen.

3. Click on “Complete New MPN for Student Loans.”  It is located on the left hand side
    AND at the bottom of the page.

4. Follow the instructions; it is an 11 step online application.

5. You will know that your MPN has been successfully submitted when you read,
    “Success! Now print your MPN.”

6. Be sure to print a copy of your MPN for your records.


IT IS VERY IMPORTANT THAT YOU COMPLETE ALL 11 STEPS.
