The Twelve Labors of Hercules suite is the culmination of Pozzatti's career-long interest in this mythological subject and its relevance to contemporary society. Recently published by Normal Editions Workshop, these large-scale lithographs showcase Pozzatti's mastery of drawing.
Rudy Pozzatti is a Distinguished Professor of Fine Arts Emeritus at Indiana University. He is an internationally exhibited artist with an illustrious career spanning over sixty years. Pozzatti is an esteemed artist, printmaker, and teacher who developed Indiana University's printmaking program, which is considered to be among the finest in the country. His work has been the focus of numerous one-person exhibitions in various museums and galleries throughout the United
States, Italy, and Germany; and is included in many world-class collections including those of the Museum of Modern Art in New York and the National Gallery in Washington, D.C.
