When you establish a scholarship fund with Grand Valley, here's what you can expect:
  • Recognition through in-house or public media (only with your consent).
  • You or the person you name as your representative will be invited to one or more scholarship-related events each year. One purpose of these events is to connect you personally with the students who receive an award from your fund. Read about the 2009 Scholarship Dinner. 
  • If you set up a scholarship fund in your estate plan, you may become a member of the Gillett Society of Grand Valley State University.

Read about the Barbara H. Padnos Scholar fund, which was established to provide stipends for Grand Valley students who wish to study abroad, the Koeze Scholarship, which helps support art and design students, and the Berkowitz Scholarship, which supports students with disabilities.
